TMA’s COLLECTIVE EXPERIENCE

A TRUE ‘COLLECTIVE’
Although The Modeling Agency’s name is tongue-in-cheek, it’s by no means a misnomer. The Modeling Agency (TMA) provides data mining guidance and results for those who are data-rich, yet information-poor through a highly structured network of senior-level data mining consultants. To borrow a very fitting phrase from the popular Star Trek, NG® series, each consultant adds their own uniqueness to TMA’s collective experience — across numerous vertical markets. To view TMA simply as a contracting and assignment company would fall well short of TMA’s true function.  The structure shared by TMA’s consultants is provided by a standardized data mining process and project management guidelines customized for data mining — which is inherently a discovery process. TMA’s business model provides a flexible framework, redundancy and continuity across its distributed organization.TMA has been privileged to provide services and solutions for hundreds of highly recognizable organizations.  Teams are assembled based on customer needs, the consultant’s industry, experience, project focus and size, availability, geography and technical requirements.

SENIOR CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS
Each consultant possesses three main qualities: First and most obviously, they are well steeped in data mining methods, tools and techniques. Secondly, they are business consultants who hold the savvy and acumen to efficiently assess each business situation in consideration of stakeholder objectives, then recommend an appropriate strategy to avoid building excellent models that answer the wrong questions. Thirdly, they are “multi-lingual” — able to engage and interact effectively whether with analysts, IT staff, functional managers or executive management.

With this platform established for each senior-level consultant, industry
strengths are listed reflecting specific domain specialization and fluency:
