While The Modeling Agency appreciates that the demands of business may necessitate a change in plans, withdrawal requests received less than 15 business days prior to the start date of an event will forfeit the total registration fee. Withdrawal requests received at least 15 business days prior to an event start date will receive a full refund. Substitutions may be made at any time at no cost.
Written notification of transfers to another program must be received at least 15 business days prior to the start date of event from which you wish to transfer. Requests received less than 15 business days prior to the opening date will incur a 25% transfer fee. Applicants may transfer twice before forfeiting the total registration fee.
The Modeling Agency (TMA) shall not be responsible for any failure to comply with, or for delay in performance of the terms of this Agreement where such failure or delay arises from (i) acts of nature, (ii) acts of the Government in its sovereign (and not contractual) capacity, (iii) fires, (iv) floods, (v) epidemics, (vi) quarantine restrictions, (vii) strikes, (viii) freight embargoes, (ix) unusually severe weather, or (x) sudden and extreme illness or injury of primary instructor. In all such events where performance is delayed or prevented, TMA will exert reasonable and diligent efforts to remove said causes and resume performance hereunder. TMA reserves the right to cancel an under-attended event and will serve notice to all official registrants no later than two weeks prior to any event's start date. In any such case, TMA's liability will not extend beyond the amount of registration fees paid.
